every month we pick a region in Italy whose food we love or would like to explore more and craft a prix fixe menu of three savory courses to run on Tuesday nights. The menu changes each week while the region stays for the month. The menu is available a la carte but we hope you will trust us and choose the whole meal to really appreciate the regional experience.
