National Cassoulet Day


in honour of cassoulet day 33 New York City restaurants are serving their versions of cassoulet.  At Porsena we have created a non traditional cassoulet with Umbrian lentils, slow braised lamb shoulder, spicy merguez sausage, foie gras (because who doesn't love a little foie gras on their plate?)  We will run this through Sunday the 11 of January
