porchetta making demo- we will have a demo of butchering a whole pig, how its seasoned, tied and cooked at a local porchetta maker

lunch with Salvatore Denaro- my favorite chef on the planet.  we will dine with Salvatore either in his beautiful organic vegetable garden or if the weather is not good at his nearby friends farm house 

winery visit in montefalco followed by tour of the historic center of montefalco, a gorgeous umbrian hilltown and the center of an incredible wine making region

dinner in Spello, one of the most gorgeous towns in Italy
